We blend heritage with contemporary fashion, creating premium, ethically-made garments.

If an order is flagged for fraud or incomplete details, it may be cancelled.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping timelines based on FAQ file:
Tie-Dye Designs: 3–7 working days
Batik Designs: 5–12 working days
In-Stock Items:Â Same-day to 3 days
Local Deliveries: 2–5 days
International Deliveries: 7–21 days (DHL/FedEx)
Custom charges or import duties are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking details are emailed once the order ships.
Returns & Exchanges
Our return policy follows our FAQ standards:
7-day return window from delivery date
Item must be unworn, unwashed, with tags and original packaging
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days
Non-returnable: Custom orders, personalized pieces, sale items, underwear
Return shipping for defects is covered by us
Non-defect returns incur a ₦2,000 restocking fee
Custom Orders
Customizations (length changes, monograms, color variations) take 2–4 weeks and are non-refundable.
Bulk/wholesale orders (15+ items) receive 25% off via sales@gemclothings.com.
Intellectual Property
All designs, symbols, patterns, graphics, and written content—including those inspired by African craft traditions—belong to Gem Clothings.
Unauthorized use will result in legal action.
Liability Limitations
Gem Clothings is not responsible for:
Courier delays
Duties or customs fees
Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
Misuse, improper care, or incorrect washing of items
